The Pan fried Cream Dory with Garlic Cheese Sauce is a one-of-a-kind combination of the usual breaded cream dory (pangas, pangasius or kanduling itim) pan fried to an ideal golden brown and topped with creamy garlic and cheese sauce. The Mini Beef Burger Patty with Mushroom is another Sur’s new creation featuring a stack of three mini beef patty topped with creamy mushroom sauce that is attractively arranged atop mashed potatoes.
