Cracked Pandesal – that is the first thing that comes into my mind when I hear Tinapayan Bakeshop. When I was a kid, my mother used to take me along shopping and doing some groceries. After which, we would buy cracked pandesal at Tinapayan Bakeshop in Marymart Mall.
Eventually, I was becoming fonder of so many delectable breads of Tinapayan especially their sweet treats. Roll cakes are my family’s choice and Napoleones is my special preference.
My partial medley of sugary hankering increased as they launched their 1st week of Sinful desires, a choco loco treats of cakes and pastries. A line up of sweetened sensation takes the spot light as Choco Hazelnut Mousse Cake, Coco Fantasy Bar, Choco Orange Bar and another personal favorite, the Choco Ensaymada paved the way for a sweet indulgence.
Choco Hazelnut Mousse Cake
Choco Hazelnut Mousse Cake makes a sweet fuss on its mishmash of chopped hazelnuts and chocolate cream. A rich chocolate chiffon cake sandwiched a smooth chocolate mousse and topped with chopped hazelnut all over makes your mouth water in every saccharine bite.
Coco Fantasy Bar
Coco meets choco in this delightful fantasy. Imagine the sweet taste of heavenly chocolate blended with coconut bits all shaped into one fudge bar and you will get the Coco Fantasy Bar.
Choco Orange Bar
Who says orange cannot be combined with chocolate? Try eating a Choco Orange Bar and you will surely know why it is combined as such. The creamy soft chocolate bar filled with creamy moist orange mousse topped with refined chocolate candy. It is indeed a sinful yen for any weight cognizant.
Choco Ensaymada
And of course, the classic Choco Ensaymada with its soft luscious bread chock-full of heavy chocolate moist all blended in one buttery taste and topped with mouth watering grated chocolate.
If you can’t get enough of these choco appetites, watch out for the upcoming weeks (Whole month of October) of more choco loco madness.
